Vinda lived for some 31 years after the death of her husband George Bright Zentmyer, and she had some sort of relationship with Charley Reed who was 24 years her junior; he was the informant on her Death Certificate, she reported her last name as Reed in the 1940 Census, Reed was the name on her headstone, and she is buried in the Reed Family Cemetery.
